Expand Workforce Development Programming
Grow our Workforce Development Academy to serve more students, focusing on job preparedness, soft skills, and on-the-job training. Foster partnerships with local businesses for internships, apprenticeships, and job placement.
Increase Access to Certifications
Ensure every student can earn relevant industry certifications to boost employability. Develop pathways for direct transition from high school to jobs, apprenticeships, or post-secondary education with necessary skills.
