Enhance Career Readiness
Provide practical experiences in high-demand industries (skilled trades, STEM, hospitality), offer career exploration, and facilitate certifications (e.g., CPR/First Aid, OSHA10, ServSafe and Driver’s Licenses) aligned with local workforce needs.
Expand Workforce Development Programming
Grow our Workforce Development Academy to serve more students, focusing on job preparedness, soft skills, and on-the-job training. Foster partnerships with local businesses for internships, apprenticeships, and job placement.
Increase Access to Certifications
Ensure every student can earn relevant industry certifications to boost employability. Develop pathways for direct transition from high school to jobs, apprenticeships, or post-secondary education with necessary skills.

OPUS
As a result of the intervention and prevention measures being implemented by our program, All THAT anticipates that in 2025 - 2026 more than 600 at-risk youth will participate in the program

Our summer Workforce Development program provides both traditional work experience with workforce ethics training. We're teaching students the importance of being "Excellent Employees".
