Summer Workforce Development
Our summer Workforce Development program provides both traditional work experience with workforce ethics training. We're teaching students the importance of being "Excellent Employees".
Group sessions are held on-site weekly with incarcerated teens to encourage teens to set goals for their future and re-engage with our community.
Many high school graduates are not emotionally ready to take on adult responsibilities. All THAT provides continued learning opportunities for graduates of our program as they finalize their plans to transition into the workforce.
